As a Software Developer, you are the brains behind the design, development and testing of our SaaS-based platform. Much more than just playing around with code, you'll play an critical role in making the Routeique more powerful, more intuitive and more indispenisble to our customers. If you saavy with database design and development, web development and mobile applications development, that's a great start. Experience coding for embedded computing and hardware controllers is also a definite asset.
As a Hardware Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing computer hardware, including embedded and mobile computer systems, circuit boards, computer chips, keyboards, routers, and mobile printers. You'll also be heavily involved and QA and testing of all prototype devices, as well as dealing with manufactuers during the commercialization process.
This is an predominantly inside sales position, with some travel to tradeshows and client visits. To be a fit here, you must love sales. This opportunity involves a great deal of cold calling. We expect you to build and manage your own pipeline. We do provide some leads, but the majority of your sales will be from your own work.
You will be responsible for generating new leads and strengthening networks among existing clients and channels to sell the Routeique platform and products. You will work with others on the sales team in developing new business relationships, following up with existing clients and partners, collecting testimonials and referrals, etc. We expect you to be extremely proficient in uncovering needs, building relationships and following the sales process.
You will need to be internally motivated, and comfortable with open accountability. We expect you to generate 2-3 sales per month with an MRR objective, focusing on generating new clients that fit our model. Everyone in our company sees the numbers and celebrates the wins together. We also hold each other accountable.
