Phone Integration

$50 / mth



Integrate your order desk phone line with Routeique, to allow for seamless processing of phone orders by your reps. Screen pop allows reps to konw who is calling and create a new order or editing an existing one with a single click. Includes one phone number, with additional phone numbers available at $5.00 / month.

Advanced Reporting

$100 / mth



Additional specialized reports to help you get the most from your data. Includes 10 additional reports with chart, table and export functionality. Additional custom reporting available upon request and quoted to suit your specific needs. Work directly with our development team to build the exact reports you require.

Customer Portal

$150 / mth



Allow customers to place and management their own orders, on your own secure customer ordering portal. Customers can also retrieve past invoices, track current deliveries and inform your order desk that they do not require an order for that day, all without having to call or email.

Gold Support

$200 / mth



Adds phone support to your account, in addition to your existing live chat, email, SMS and online support package. Phone support is provided between the hours of 8am and 5pm in all time zones across North America. You'll receive access to a private number specifically for gold support customers.

What Hardware Do I Need For The Routeique Desktop?

Routeique desktop works on virtually any desktop hardware capable or running a modern web browser. While the softeware is optimized for Google Chrome and Firefox, it runs well in any browser released in the last several years.

What Tablets Are Supported By The Routeique Mobile App?

The Routique mobile application runs on any iOS or Android device, but works best on tablets - in terms of user experience. While the systems works with our without cellular service, realtime data is only available via cellular.

Why Is The Price Different For Desktop And Mobile Users?

The desktop app is inherenty easier to support given the fact that all interaction takes place in a controlled office environment. The mobile app is mission-critical and we provide a high level of support for field staff.

Can I Modify The Number Of Licenses / User Types In My Package?

Yes, it's possible to create custom packages with different numbers of users for both desktop and mobile editions. Please call Routeique if you require customization of your package.

Is It Possible To Request Features Or Customization?
